Listed below are the terms and conditions you are agreeing to when purchasing any product from 540Hosting

You agree that 540Hosting may modify this Agreement and the Services from time to time . You agree to be bound by any changes 540hosting may make to this Agreement, you should make sure you periodically review the Terms and Conditions to make sure they meet your needs. 540Hosting may be reffered to as "we", "us" or other first-person pronouns. These Terms and Conditions apply to you if you have purchased Services from 540hosting or if you are are a player who contributes to the Serivce fees and shall continue in full force and effect as long as you take advantage of and use the Service.

1. Duration of Contact
The duration of your contract and services provided will depend on the duration that you have paid for. If you order and pay for a Monthly service on the 20th Jan 2008, your service will expire on the 20th Feb 2008 (unless additional payment is provided to renew the service - you will be invoiced 5 days before the renewal date and if payment is received within 10 days your service will be automatically renewed for an additional month). We reserve the right to terminate your contract / service at any time with 540hosting if you are found to have breeched the Terms and Conditions.

2. Quality of service
540hosting aims to provide the highest quality and standard of services. We provide comprehensive support via Email support[at]540hosting.com, Xfire, Msn and Website forums .

3. Inappropriate use of services
We insist that users do not abuse or use our services in any of the following manners, or in a manner which may cause a degradation in the service quality for others;
* Uploading or Transmittal of any information or material which is copyright protected, explicit, pornographic, warez, threatening and/or upsetting content or other similar illegal activities is not permitted.
* Use of our services(s) to Hack, Spam, DoS attacks or similar activities is not permitted.

4. Abusive Remarks
540Hosting does not tolerate rude, discrimination or racist behaviour towards any 540hosting staff, customers or company sponsors. This includes abuse via any contact methods 540hosting provides. Abusive remarks can lead to suspension or termination of your account and permanent bans from all of our systems, you will not have the right to use legal action against us or claim a refund.

5. Contract Renegotation
If 540hosting receives unforeseen price increases in our running costs, we may have to renegotiate your current contract before your next payment which may result in an increase in your service payments.

6. Refund Policy
You may cancel your account with us at any time, and you will therefore not be billed for the next month, 540Hosting will not refund any amounts you have paid due to early cancellation. Billing disputes must be reported within five days of the time the dispute occurred. By reading this you hereby agree to not dispute a charge (create a charge back) with your credit card company or Paypal. If you dispute a charge to your credit card issuer that, in 540Hosting's sole discretion is a valid charge under the provisions of this document, you agree to pay 540Hosting an "Administrative Fee" of £5.

7. Account Cancellation
Requests to cancel can be sent to billing[at]540hosting.com (with the subject line reading Cancellation). Clients will receive a reply from 540Hosting ticket system with a ticket id when e-mailing the cancellation department. This ticket id is sufficient evidence that you did indeed request to cancel service, client agrees to keep this ticket id handy in the event the client wishes to dispute a charge. Client agrees that 540Hosting will NOT take phone cancellations and all cancellations must be done via the cancellations email provided above, clients who state they canceled via phone will not be entitled to any reimbursement and will be held liable for services rendered.

PayPal Subscription Cancellations:
If a client has requested a cancellation of service, it is their responsibility for them to terminate the subscription. No refund will be issued to clients who fail to cancel their subscription.
